Med 21 is one out of three Med units that service the Shawnee Heights Fire District. It is a 2011 Ford Expedition. These Med units are smaller, more nimble, and more fuel efficient than our fire engines. They also save wear and tear on the big trucks. Some of the equipment on these trucks include, a medical bag, spine boards, AED, suction unit, and forceable entry tools. Everything we need for a safe and quick BLS response to your neighborhood.
