Congratulations to Shawnee Heights Fire Chief Tom Garcia on his retirement after serving more than 30 years in the fire service! Chief Garcia began his service with the Burlingame Fire Department, served as a Topeka Firefighter, was the Fire Chief of Mission Township, the Business Manager of the Topeka Fire Department and served almost 11 years as the Chief of the Shawnee Heights Fire District. We wish Tom well in his next endeavor! Take care Chief!
