SHFD gave the students of Shawnee Heights Elementary School a Fire Prevention Week skit this morning.  

Wyatt Lindecrantz was the winner of the Shawnee Heights Elementary School Fire Prevention Week poster contest and today, he was given a ride to school in a fire truck!

KSNT reporter Molly Patt visited the KU Fire & Rescue Training Institute is at Shawnee Heights Fire Station 23 today. The simulator is a realistic training of driving a fire truck.
